Anna is co-founder of Cytala where she advises Private Equity and Venture Capital firms on cyber talent and how to maximise their cyber resilience through effective leadership
Prior to Cytala, Anna was a Director at ISTARI Global, a cyber platform backed by Temasek - holding an EMEA advisory role, serving clients with a specific focus on cyber resilience and cyber strategy & transformation
Anna previously worked in PwC where she served clients across the UK, China and Hong Kong, and the US, based from the HQ in New York. She led a number of cyber transformation programs including NIST, IS027001 remediations, integrations through acquisition and mergers, and was instrumental in the build of on-shore and off-shore capabilities. She was the global lead for the design, build and launch of an upskilling platform that served cyber practitioners across over 60 countries. Furthermore Anna was the mentorship lead for women in cyber, privacy and forensics across PwC US
Prior to joining PwC Anna was a military officer in the Royal Air Force and held the rank of Flight Lieutenant
Anna has a degree in Architecture and various post graduate certifications in cyber and business related topics from institutions including King’s College London, Harvard Business school, University of Oxford and Said Business school

Anthony is co-founder of Cytala, a pioneering talent advisory firm that connects investors with top-tier executive talent and market intelligence
With over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory gained across EMEA, US and APAC markets, Anthony specializes in placing board and executive-level leaders, guiding organizations through leadership transitions and providing personalized coaching to executives during transactions, launch of new ventures and other pivotal periods of change
As an experienced entrepreneur, Anthony has taken two businesses from inception through to transaction, including a successful private equity backed management buyout and a subsequent exit to a strategic buyer. This hands-on operating experience gives him a valuable understanding of the challenges business leaders face during M&A transactions and career transitions, which he leverages in his executive coaching and advisory work
As a member of the International Coaching Federation, Anthony also serves as coach, mentor and growth advisor to other start-ups and professional services firms.
