ANNA SZNERCH
Anna is a partner at Cytala, bringing deep cyber indusry expertise to founders, boards, and investors navigating growth and change.
She has held senior advisory roles across global cyber investors and professional services, working with both public and private equity backed businesses on cyber strategy, operating models, and leadership capability. Anna was previously a Director at ISTARI Global, a Temasek-backed cyber platform, where she advised organisations across EMEA on cyber resilience and large-scale transformation.
Prior to this she spent over a decade at PwC working across the UK, China, Hong Kong, and the US, leading complex cyber programmes including regulatory remediation, post-acquisition integration, and global capability build. Anna began her career as an officer in the Royal Air Force, reaching the rank of Flight Lieutenant.
She holds a degree in Architecture and postgraduate qualifications in cyber and business from institutions including King’s College London, Harvard Business School, the University of Oxford, and Saïd Business School.
ANTHONY REID
Anthony is a partner at Cytala, where he works with cybersecurity founders, boards, and investors at key moments of growth, scale, and transition.
He brings over 20 years global experience working with leadership teams, with a background spanning executive search, leadership advisory, and hands-on entrepreneurial operating experience. This combination gives him a practical understanding of how leadership, structure, and strategy intersect as businesses grow.
As a founder, he has taken two businesses from inception through to transaction, including a private equity-backed management buyout and a subsequent exit to a strategic buyer. This experience underpins his work with founders and investors navigating commercialisation, expansion, capital events, and preparation for scale or exit.
Anthony is a member of the International Coaching Federation and brings a coaching mindset to his work with founders and leadership teams navigating growth and transition.
